PRODUCT SALES PROGRAMS

Product Sales Programs are an integral part of the Girl Scout Program. Girl Scouts of North East Ohio has two annual sales:  the Girl Scout Cookie Sale that begins in January and the Fall Candy/Nut/Magazine sale. Not only do they provide the council and troops with funds, but they also teach girls valuable lessons about money-handling, budgeting, self-confidence and so much more.

Participation in council-sponsored product sale programs by girls is not required. Troop leaders provide the information to parents and girls who make the decision on participation. Troop leaders support their decisions and provide information and direction to the girls and parents in order to have successful sales.
