Program Coordinator

Volunteers facilitate nearly every program offered at the council level. Program coordinators work with council staff to develop programs for girls that meet the four Girl Scout program goals. Programs range from 2 hours to overnight (such as the Mall Lock-In). Great opportunity to volunteer for a short period of time or to share special talents with girls!

Time commitment: Varies depending on the program. Program Coordinators commit to delivering as few or as many programs as they want.

Web Site Coordinator

The web site coordinator works with the Director of Program Services to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information on Girl Scouts of North East Ohio web site. No web experience necessary-just a good eye for needed changes and updates. Access to internet and email a must!

Time commitment: 1-4 hours/week. Can be completed off-site with internet and email access.

Pen Pal Coordinator

The pen pal coordinator links troops/groups or individual girls with troops/groups in other parts of the country wishing to correspond. The coordinator finds links and informs leaders of status of their pen pal request. Access to internet and email a must!

Time commitment: 4-8 hrs/month. Can be completed off-site with internet and email access.
